I'm trying to rebuild the rrdtool 1.2.23-6 source RPM from Fedora 6 extras on an RHEL5 x86_64 box. Given that RHEL5 is based on FC6, I would have expected this to just work, but no such luck. While trying to build the PHP portion it dies with:
