On GPRINT you can write %sbps it will show you ' bps' for bytes per second 'kbps' for kilo bytes per second, and so on. On Y axis you will have the multiplier (m,k,M,T,...) but can't specify a unit name. You're already using -v 'Bytes/sec', that's ok.
