Hi all,
Is it possible to configure RDDTool to store GAUGE (or other data sources)
to only occupy 32-bit instead of 64-bits?

I'm using RDDTool in an embedded environment on an ARM9 running Debian
Sarge/Ubuntu Jaunty. It shall replace MySQL and I guess it performs much
better and helps saving a lot of space and trouble on the small flash
memory. So storing the GAUGE values in 64-bits is definitive not needed, it
is simply too much of resolution, much more as my temperature sensors have.
So storing the values in 32-bit float would be enough and simply saves half
the space.

An idea?
