Each line is a single colour/style.

However, you can do something clever by creating a second line in a different 
colour which takes over for the first at the appropriate time.  It's not so 
simple but I can see how it would be done with multiple CDEFs.  This would get 
the effect you're after (in Routers2 I use something like this to make a 
grey-out overlay when the values of the first line are undef)
