Thank you for the suggestions. For me ,
$opt= array("--step", "3600","--start","1352953300",
"DS:speed:COUNTER:600:U:U",
"RRA:AVERAGE:0.5:1:24",
"RRA:AVERAGE:0.5:6:10"
);
$ret = rrd_create($rrdFile,$opt,count($opt));
is also giving Segmentation Fault.
