I am trying to fetch 15 minute averages from an rrdfile created by OpenNMS with 5 minute step intervals. Here is the rrdinfo output for the file:

Both are evening divisible by 900 seconds, per the rrdfetch man page, yet I am getting values timestamped 300 seconds apart. What am I doing wrong?
