It would be useful to get a short report on SCTP's overall deployment
status. I.e., what are the key implementations, where are they used
(i.e, in what production environments), size of installed based, what
features they use (and which they do not), etc.

I hear a lot of snippets and hints about SCTP, and what features it
has, etc., but they are mostly anecdotes.

What I'd really like is to understand what works, what doesn't and the
lessons learned from actual usage of SCTP's multihoming aspects.

Anyone have such info?
