I have been told offlist that with LISP, the ETRs are at the site of the end-user network. I will confirm this and write something separate about it.
Assuming LISP ETRs are always located at, and run by, the end-user network, the critique I wrote in my previous message about difficulties coordinating ETRs does not apply.
