I am pretty happy with the definition of locator and identifier, yet..

May be I missed something, but what is an "interface locator"?

Wouldn't be better to simplify the definition? We have defined what an "identifier" is and what a "locator" is, so IMHO an address is just a name that can be used as locator or identifier.
