We should be honest with respect to Anycast.
 
Particularly strategy C which is in favor of location-based routing by  
exploiting geographical metrics
CANNOT do Anycast in the IETF-classical sense. That would be the squaring  
of the circle.
But there are other ways to deal with Anycast - see the way how emergency  
calls (911) are handled in ITU-T technology ( I also remember XCAST :-).
 
If other strategies had also their difficulties with Anycast I wouldn't  
blame either. No one can do magic things. There are several holy cow paradigms 
 in IETF technology. Anycast should be the least holy one.
