Yes, that plus the list of proposals that have been presented are all
under consideration. Obviously some of these are dormant and if the
proponents choose not to submit text towards the recommendation
document, we can consider them dead.

And what are you asking for when you way "final call for proposals"? Do
you mean the Analysis Drafts that were written a year or so ago?
