thanks for pointing this out. Not sure what went wrong with Dino's
original msg (I had the same problem of 404), probably email encoding.
I took the liberty to forward this msg to the group so others can

Note the URL says "irtf".
If you go to the web archive of the email:

And then click on the attachment, it sends you to:
http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/rrg/current/pngHwKsAhrPRA.png
Which is the correct attachment.
