Brian,While Richard himself isn't an economist he has been a key leader of a unique interdiscplinary conference on economics and security. You may not agree with his results (or Luigi's). So write a paper of your own, but I suggest collaborating with some of the folks Richard has worked with. They're an extremely bright group (the WEIS conference folk)!
