It occurs to me that VMware is actually very good about crafting per-host 
licensing.  The truly correct solution here is to then associate a pool of MAC 
addresses with with each VMware license.  This fixes VM mobility in general and 
as a side effect, fixes any issues with ILNP.  ;-)
