[rspec-users] new in ruby and rspec testing

Hi to all
I'm a new in ruby and RoR  programming.
And my problem is Rspec.
I don't understand how to write test files in rspec.
Maybe it's because I don't know ruby good.
Can you send me links to fine examples/screencasts/e-books and other
stuff.
I found some on google but it not enough :(
