Need a little more information:
What command are you using to run the scenarios?
Where is filter defined and captured?
Why cannot we have .story and .steps files and place them anywhere
in a
folder hierarchy to suit business requirement?
(I mean something like)
+ stories
++ get_a_pizza_ordered
+++ order_payment_recieve.story
+++ pizza.steps
