Not sure about cucumber, but 1.3.3 is the right version for rspec-rails.

As for the generators, I'll look into it, but I don't know that there's 
anything rspec can actually do to fix this problem, which happens when 
rspec-rails-2.x and rspec-rails-1.x are installed in the same environment. If 
you uninstall rspec-rails-2 you should see the generators. What I'm doing is 
keeping the environments for each of my apps separate using bundler or RVM.
