I'm afraid we don't know whats going on, RelishApp is not maintained by us, and we have no access to the heroku app.
RelishApp was a service originally written by one of the Cucumber team, was acquired by SmartBear who were aiming to replace it with a Cucmumber Pro service, which seemed to never eventuate, and sadly that cucumber team member was recently let go by SmartBear.
