Based on the SYSLOGD_OPTIONS below, the "jail" would have to be "/".
It needs the full pathname, since the syslog daemon runs independently
of the jail.
(and don't forget to restart the syslog daemon after the path is changed)
Once you restart it, you can verify it has completed by seeing the
socket created in the folder.
