There are three reasons I haven't incorporated any patches, FWIW. The first is because some of them are for systems I don't have, so I can't test them. The second is that it would necessitate a new release, and I really have no interest in doing a new release (as you appear to be aware) unless there's a really, really good reason. The last is explained in the docs: Since the details of setting up a jail are really very platform-dependent, that script is more documentation than tool.
