With the latest version of Linux Mint Debian Edition, and possibly other
debians, libnsl needs to be copied to the chroot or scp errors out with the
"unknown user XXX" message. The rssh debian package has a mkchroot.sh
script which works except for this:
/usr/share/doc/rssh/examples/mkchroot.sh
