If the RSAB needs to discuss a confidential matter in executive session, that part of the meeting shall be private to the RSAB, but it must be noted on the agenda and documented in the minutes with as much detail as confidentiality requirements permit." Please note that space for in-person observers is limited (first come, first served), but observers are welcome to join remotely via Meetecho.
