Hello, Four out of five RSAB members have submitted a "Yes" ballot [1], approving draft-editorial-rswg-svgsinrfcs for publication in the Editorial Stream. The fifth vote was a recusal (mine) from a document author.
Per RFC 9280 section 3.2.2 point 15 [2], "Policies may take effect immediately upon approval by the RSAB and before publication of the relevant RFC, unless they are delayed while the IETF LLC resolves pending resource or contract issues."
