Hi all, This new version includes some small changes to the abstract and intro to soften some language per Carsten's suggestion during the adoption call (https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/rswg/bLyQV_WGe-um4WugR4ceze9FTK0/). I believe that was the only change suggested since the last previous version.
