I've been trying to set-up rsync in --daemon mode so that I can sync data between a dial up system and a server, but when rsync on the dial-up client goes, it does not transfer the files. The only errors that I see are: failed to set permissions on . : Operation not permitted mkdir rfc : Permission denied (2) rsync lists the files and authentication works -- but for some reason I'm getting per errors?
