Among machines that have ssh trust but not rsh.
I would like for rsync to default to "-e ssh"
without having to setenv RSYNC_RSH /opt/bin/ssh
This is something something I expected to be
a configure option or at least in the FAQ.
So if the answer is RTFFAQ
please quote chapter and verse.

Hacking rsync.h to say
#define RSYNC_RSH 'ssh'
seems to work.
