I'd like to profile to step of rsync process.

This is my crontab.
0 0 * * * /usr/bin/rsync -avx --delete --exclude=/.snapshot/ /mnt/fileserver/ /mirror/fileserver/
#/mnt/fileserver is nfs now. but I'll export outside LAN.

I'm looking for more effective plan.
