You want to say you don't feel safe running Windows :)

In my case I plan to use rsync as patching utility - one person
have good file, one bad, so they run rsync to fix that.
So the server need to be run only for the time needed to fix the file.
Also, it not allways need to be run on Windows, but i can't exclude
that possibility. But allmost allways there's a need to run rsync 
(client or server mode) on windows.
