I didn't see this in the rsync or Red Hat Bugzillas. Should I file a bug?

It wouldn't be in the rsync bugzilla because xattr support is going to
first appear in rsync 3.0.0 when it is released. Some packagers (e.g.
Red Hat) chose to apply an xattrs patch to rsync, but that patch was
quite buggy, and I don't recommend using it.

The previous poster I recommended found the same problem with rsync from CVS head. I should file it in rsync bugzilla if I encounter it in CVS head, right?

Thanks,
Jon
