Does rsync output a warning about an I/O error, saying it is disabling deletes? You can use --force if you're sure you want rsync to override that. You might also try using --dry-run to see if rsync thinks it will remove a file, but doesn't actually do so in the real run (newer rsync versions are more verbose about skipped deletions). ..wayne.. -- Please use reply-all for most replies to avoid omitting the mailing list.
