Hello, I've found on-line claims that rsyslog can be compiled (and maybe even runs ok?) on HP-UX.
However, I've not found too much information about this, so I'd like to ask: has anyone been able to compile (and run) rsyslog 3.20.2 on HP-UX 11? If so, does it need patching? What packages are required to build it successfully? (only HP software or gcc + gnu tools?) I'm asking because a colleague briefly attempted to configure the package on hpux UX11.11, and configure ended with > checking for pthread.h... yes > checking for pthread_create in -lpthread... no Any success stories out there?
