As for the last crash, I found on the screen session the line:
rsyslogd: queue.c:1393: queueChkDiscardMsg: Assertion `(unsigned)
((obj_t*)(pUsr))->iObjCooCKiE == (unsigned) 0xBADEFEE' failed.
since I forgot redirecting stderr too.
