Yes, it is part of the regular git tree:

 http://git.adiscon.com/?p=rsyslog.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/solaris

$ git clone git://git.adiscon.com/git/rsyslog.git

then checkout the "solaris"  branch:

$ git checkout --track -b solaris origin/solaris
