Hi all,

rsyslog 3.21.11, a member of the beta branch, has been released today.

It is a bug-fixing release. Most importantly, it has the build system
improvements

contributed by Michael Biebl - thx! Furthermore, all patches from 3.20.5 are

incorporated (see its ChangeLog entry).

This is a recommended update for all users of the beta branch.
