Hello I'm Michael Strauß and i am tying to use rsyslog.
I'm using debian Lenny width rsyslog 4.4.2 from backports.org. I changed the debian standard configuration and adapted it for my needs. It works in my opinion fully correctly. So I am impossible to comprehend this error: # rsyslogd -c4 -N1 rsyslogd: version 4.4.2, config validation run (level 1), master config /etc/rsyslog.conf rsyslogd: the last error occured in /etc/rsyslog.conf, line 25 rsyslogd: CONFIG ERROR: could not interpret master config file '/etc/rsyslog.conf'. [try http://www.rsyslog.com/e/2124 ] These are the criticized Lines: 24: $ModLoad imrelp 25: $InputRELPServerRun 2514 26: I can't detect a failure.
