One thing that I would personally recommend is a complete revamp of the documentation - it tends to be a fairly large complaint that I've heard. Specifically, the docs tend to be fragmented and organized in such a way that don't necessarily flow. Simple things around adding a simple tree structure to the docs would help immensely. As it stands, it can be quite difficult to find any specific docs.
