I have some hostnamed directories and would like to symlink to them to something shorter and more meaningful. Is it possible to have rsyslog create symlinks to make certain logs easier to get too? Alternatively, can I configure rsyslog to match on certain hostnames and instead of using the hostname use a directory name I choose.
