Hello everyone.
I would say to follow a web-site approach.
It's easier to submit something and the most important is that you can
have a section for comments (what is missing, suggestions etc).
Moreover, if the rulebase is incomplete / buggy / anything it's quite
easy to withdraw it.
What do you think ?
