Pablo, Rainer - We talked today and we're going to sync up Monday - it's not "officially official" yet but I expect we'll be releasing the code sometime next week.
Rainer, this is both input and output modules for zeromq, using czmq (they're much cleaner than the first ones we wrote against zmq 2 that are on github currently). If you're ok with it, I'll send the diffs off of head to you hopefully next week.
