Hi Gary, I looked into this and was able to create a package for omzmq3 and imzmq3 modules called "rsyslog-zmq3". Currently only available for the v7-stable RPM's. I was able to use the Fedora 17 RPM Sources for the needed packages, however only for EHEL 6 as EHEl 5 is missing libuuid support. I did some basic testing and it looks like that all dependencies are installed and working.
I would be happy if somebody could run some tests.
