I did successfully add the AEF0CF8E archive key to my apt keychain, as
described in those instructions, but I'm still getting 
  WARNING: The following packages cannot be authenticated!
and 
  WARNING: This version of XXXX is from an untrusted source! 
messages for the packages in this repo.

I never had a chance to try using the repo until a couple days ago, so
don't know if the repo was successfully signed at some earlier point,
but at least as of now it appears the
  http://ubuntu.adiscon.com/v7-devel/precise/Release.gpg 
file is simply missing.

(Other than that, I haven't noticed any problems with the repository
setup or with the Ubuntu packaging [though I am also running into the
"Privilege drop makes stopping it (via Ubuntu upstart) to hang"
problem on my system].)
