This is not limited by the impstats module. It's limited by your queue
settings:
http://www.rsyslog.com/doc/queues.html

For in-memory queues, you'll be limited by the memory you allocate to it
($*QueueSize - which is actually the number of messages, not a number of
bytes). For disk and disk-assisted queues, you'll be limited by disk space.
