Hello
I have question about imfile module of rsyslog. In my opinion this
module help me import log file to rsyslog and output it many ways. I
have problem on this module import glassfish server.log.
I'm using
Ubuntu 12.10 x64
rsyslogd 5.8.6 # ubuntu's default
The problems are
1. invalid or yet-unknown config file command - have you forgotten to
load a module? [try http://www.rsyslog.com/e/3003 ]
2. the last error occured in /etc/rsyslog.d/glassfish.conf, line
2:"$InputFileTag rsyslogd:"
I guess this module is not loaded or my config wrong. Could you please
give me direction?
My config file is
### /etc/rsyslog.conf
$ModLoad imfile
### /etc/rsyslog.d/glassfish.conf
$InputFileName /home/eberx/core1/server.log_2013-04-04T06-34-41
$InputFileTag rsyslogd:
$InputFileStateFile glassfish
$InputFileSeverity warning
$InputFileFacility local0
$InputRunFileMonitor
$InputFilePersistStateInterval 1000
