looking at the centos repo http://rpms.adiscon.com/v7-devel/epel-6/x86_64/RPMS/
I am not seeing a separate rpm for this module.
Also looking at the ubuntu repository I don't see a separate module
It looks as if this is not being compiled in to the mail package or as a
separate package.
