Hi, I can't find any general guide for migrating from syslog-ng to rsyslog. I think the best thing to do is just to give it a shot, by looking at the existing documentation. If you can't make it work, post here your syslog-ng config (and maybe what you're trying to achieve in plain English), and your current rsyslog.conf as a starting point for getting help. I'm pretty sure someone here will be able to give you some good pointers for completing the migration.
