Hi Rainer, I think that's awesome and very useful. At the same time :)
I also think that more and more people who are using rsyslog in a serious deployment would want to take advantage of impstats. Some integration with existing monitoring tools (like Nagios) would be awesome, but I guess it's up to us who develop monitoring tools to pull those statistics and say "we can monitor rsyslog!"
