I've created a 'migration' branch in rsyslog-docs github. This is where I will be working on reorganizing the documentation a bit so it is easier to tell what files does what. It will also be where I do the majority of the correction and conversion to the new rst format. I'll rebase to master once I complete getting everything corrected.
