Hi Khushil, I've never used it, but I guess you'll have to compile rsyslog with --enable-omrabbitmq (when you run the configure script).
There are some official packages for Ubuntu<http://www.rsyslog.com/ubuntu-repository/>, but they don't seem to have one for RabbitMQ. Though they should be easily addable, like the ones you see for RELP, Elasticsearch and so on.
