Hi, IMHO, bugzilla is a good way to share bugs, issu when GITHUB is unavailable for public access. Github contains enough to track issues, bugs and feature requests
So I vote for GitHub. I sort of wrapper to github is perhaps a good way to purpose a more 'formal' interface for a non technical ( in depth ) public...
