Hi folks, I wonder what your feelings are about hangouts on air sessions for educating users.
I could envision doing a series of focussed hangouts, consisting of a presentation and a q&a session thereafter. All of that being recorded and permanently available on the site. TZ is of course somewhat challanging, but maybe 6pm CET which is noon EST and 9am PST could work? That excludes some of the Europeans and most of Asia (where we have no strong community yet) but could be a compromise. Or a doodle? I have never done this before, but it sounds appealing to me. As a starter, we could use something like the v8 engine enhancements. It's probably not what a beginner is looking for, but that's where I have material ready ;) So it would boil down to finding a timeslot vs. finding time to craft a (good) new presentation. Any comments?
